First you will need either a plastic wooden or glass bowl and you will also need sifted henna you can find it at almost any Indian store add 1/4 of a cup of henna to your bowl then you'll need lemon juice bottle just works just as well and it's a time-saver.
So that you don't need to be squeezing lemons for a long time anyways add 1/4 of a cup of lemon juice to the bowl stir it using either a wooden or plastic utensil I accidentally use a metal spoon which are not supposed to do because it is said that you shouldn't mix henna with metals cover the henna paste with clear plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for about 12 hours after 12 hours add a half a teaspoon of sugar to your paste.
Then you'll be needing any kind of essential oil I'm using eucalyptus oil add one half of a teaspoon of oil into your paste cover it up again and let it sit for about another 12 to 24 hours at room temperature. Now this part is totally optional you can add a few drops of lemon juice to smooth in the mixture your mixture should have almost like a yogurt consistency you'll be needing a ziplock bag open it up wide and add the henna mixture into the bag.
If you're a beginner like me and don't have an applicator bottle you can use an empty school glue bottle I like that the hole is small for a nice and precise application cut only one side of the ziplock bag and carefully squeeze the henna paste into the bottle it's best to wait until the henna flakes off itself but if you're getting desperate leave it on for a minimum of two hours the longer you leave it on the darker it will be let's take.
